Our Aroid Mixes are premium, hand-blended substrates crafted to support the needs of tropical plants and aroids.
Each mix combines Orchiata bark, pumice, zeolite, coco coir, coco chips, worm castings, and activated charcoal - the perfect recipe for healthy roots, strong growth, and optimal aeration.
Choose between Chunky Mix for smal/medium plants or Super Chunky Mix for larger plants that need maximum drainage.
🪴 Chunky Mix (1L or 5 L)
A balanced, airy substrate designed for small to medium-sized plants.
The mix offers the ideal balance of moisture retention and drainage, promoting healthy root development without waterlogging.
Composition:

- Perlite 2–6 mm

Texture: Medium - retains moderate moisture

🌱 Super Chunky Mix (1 L or 5 L)
Our Super Chunky Mix is engineered for large and extra-large plants that demand extra aeration and faster drying.
It’s perfect for bigger plants, where airflow around the roots is key.
The coarse particles ensure excellent drainage and structure, keeping even big root systems healthy and rot-free.
